Position: HR Recruiter Location: Work from Home Employment Type: Full-time Company Overview: Investation Team Private Limited is a staffing start-up company dedicated to delivering exceptional Staffing Services to various clients. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Recruiter specializing in bulk hiring to join our team and support our ambitious staffing goals. Job Summary: The HR Recruiter (Bulk Hiring) will be responsible for managing and executing high-volume recruitment strategies to meet the workforce needs of the Clients. This role requires a proactive and strategic thinker with excellent organizational and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in handling large-scale recruitment drives, sourcing candidates from various channels, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding. Key Responsibilities: Bulk Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective bulk hiring strategies to meet the clients needs. Partner with clients to understand workforce requirements and align recruitment efforts accordingly. Sourcing and Candidate Pipeline: Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, career fairs, and networking events to attract a large pool of candidates. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs Candidate Screening and Selection: Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate fit for the clients and specific roles. Coordinate and schedule interviews with Clients. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback. Manage the offer process, including extending offers and negotiating terms of employment. Employer Branding: Promote the company’s employer brand to attract top talent. Represent the company at job fairs, career events, and other recruitment activities. Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Generate recruitment reports and analytics to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure recruitment practices comply with applicable laws and regulations. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and hiring. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably in a similar industry. Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality. Flexibility to travel for recruitment events as needed. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with employer branding initiatives.
