LocationTurbhe, Navi Mumbai QualificationMinimum 12th Pass (Graduates welcome) Basic computer knowledge required GenderMale / Female Age Criteria18 to 30 Years ExperienceFreshers welcome Experienced candidates up to 8 years preferred (BPO/Call Centre/Customer Support/Sales) Working Days & Shift Timing6 working days per week (1 weekly off as per company policy) 9 hours shift (Day/Night depending on process) Salary & Benefits₹16,000 to ₹28,000 (based on skills and experience) Attractive performance-based incentives Cab facility for pick-up and drop Paid training (if applicable) Fixed salary with on-time monthly payouts Regular appraisals and growth opportunities Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound calls to resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests. Make outbound/tele-sales calls to generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and drive customer acquisition. Provide support through voice and non-voice channels (calls, emails, live chat, or messaging). Explain products/services, process orders, and update customer records accurately. Achieve individual and team targets for call volume, sales, quality, and customer satisfaction. Maintain professionalism and deliver high-quality service in a fast-paced environment. Required Skills & CompetenciesGood verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, or regional languages. Ability to handle inbound/outbound calls, tele-sales pitches, and written communication (for non-voice processes). Strong listening, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools; typing speed 20–25 wpm preferred). Positive attitude, customer-centric approach, and willingness to learn multiple processes.
