Join our team as a Legal Executive where you will be responsible for drafting sale agreements, sale deeds, and other legal documents. You will liaise with the CRM and Sales team to address client queries and facilitate the handover of legal documents as per client requests. You should possess skills in Property Due Diligence, Title Scrutiny, Drafting & Vetting. As an integral part of the team, you will assist the Legal Manager in preparing documentation. Your responsibilities will include drafting and vetting various legal documents such as letters, Conveyance Deeds/Sale Deeds, CRM documents, Undertaking, Affidavits, JDA, GPA, and Agreements on a case-to-case basis. You will also be involved in drafting and finalizing Sale Agreements related to Land/Site transactions. Additionally, you will prepare legal document sets for use by the Sales & Marketing Department and maintain a tracker for Notices received from clients. Your role will also entail drafting, vetting, and filing legal notices for defaulting customers and responding to legal queries raised by clients or their lawyers. You will provide legal support and advice to the CRM/Client Service Department on various issues concerning investors/clients of the company. Moreover, you will compile a list for delivering original title documents to banks for project financing purposes and prepare documentation related to the handover process.,
