Legal Manager Executive

As a Legal Executive at our company, you will play a crucial role in handling various legal matters with professionalism and expertise. Your primary responsibilities will include drafting sale agreements, sale deeds, and other essential legal documents. You will also be tasked with liaising with the CRM and Sales team to address client queries effectively and ensuring timely delivery of requested legal documents. Key Responsibilities: - Real Estate experience & proficiency in Kannada are mandatory. - Possess skills in Property Due diligence, Title scrutiny, Drafting & vetting. - Assist the Legal Manager in preparing documentation. - Draft and vet various legal documents including letters, Conveyance Deeds/Sale Deeds, CRM documents, Undertaking, Affidavits, JDA, GPA, Agreement on a case-to-case basis. - Finalize Sale Agreements related to Land/Site. - Create legal document sets for use by the Sales & Marketing Department. - Maintain a tracker for Notices received from clients. - Draft, vet, and file legal notices for defaulting customers. - Address legal queries raised by clients or their lawyers. - Provide legal support and advice to the CRM/Client Service Department on various issues with investors/clients. - Compile a list for delivering original title documents to banks for project financing. - Prepare documentation related to the handover process.
