HR Recruiter

Role Overview: As a HR Recruiter at Blueberry Digital Labs, you will play a crucial role in sourcing the best talent for the company within set timelines. Your responsibilities will include searching for suitable candidates, managing the complete recruitment process, coordinating with candidates and HR, scheduling interviews, sourcing and screening candidates through various channels, and maintaining communication with candidates until their joining.
