Role Overview: As a HR Recruiter at Blueberry Digital Labs, you will play a crucial role in sourcing the best talent for the company within set timelines. Your responsibilities will include searching for suitable candidates, managing the complete recruitment process, coordinating with candidates and HR, scheduling interviews, sourcing and screening candidates through various channels, and maintaining communication with candidates until their joining. It is essential for you to possess excellent communication skills and be well-versed in HR policies and the Company's Act. Key Responsibilities: - Search for suitable candidates as per company's requirements. - Manage the complete recruitment process for sourcing the best talent within set timelines. - Coordinate with candidates and HR. - Schedule interviews and follow-up with candidates. - Source and screen candidates through job portals, social platforms, emails, professional networking, headhunting, and campus recruitment. - Conduct initial screening of candidates and assist in recruitment processes. - Communicate with all candidates on a regular basis. - Maintain contact with offered candidates until their joining and complete the formalities.
