HR Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter with core experience in bulk hiring for EdTech and BPO sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment, driving high-volume hiring campaigns, and delivering quality talent within tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process – from sourcing, screening, interviewing to onboarding
• Handle bulk hiring drives for business development, customer service, and operations roles
• Source candidates using various job portals, databases, social media, and employee referrals
• Conduct initial HR screening to evaluate candidate suitability
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with relevant departments
• Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and dashboards
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing hiring needs
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring requirements
• Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation process

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 6 Months –1 years of core HR recruitment experience, specifically in bulk hiring
• Experience hiring for EdTech and/or BPO roles is mandatory
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)

Preferred:

• Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods
• Experience in using ATS and recruitment tools
• Prior experience in hiring for sales, tele-calling, academic counseling, or support roles
