Senior Front-End Developer

Job Description: Blueberry Digital Labs is seeking a Full-time candidate with 3-10 years of experience to join our team at Waverock, Gachibowli, Hyderabad. As a part of our global startup, your role will involve hands-on experience in building global standard web applications. You will be expected to be a master in HTML5, CSS3, and proficient in various front-end development technologies, particularly React JS and Angular JS. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in Scrum methodology and Agile practices, with deep experience in managing development teams. Your responsibilities will include conducting daily stand-ups, ensuring timely completion of sprints, and eliminating dependencies. Additionally, you will provide technical leadership through design and code reviews, promote best technical practices, and assist in reducing technical debt through constant code refactoring. In this role, you will guide the team in technical architecture, demonstrate strong leadership, time management, and problem-solving skills. Your ability to work efficiently under tight project deadlines, along with excellent organizational, communication, and reporting skills, will be crucial for success in this position.
