About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and motivated React.js and Next.js Developer to join our growing development team in Mohali, Punjab. You will be responsible for developing high-performance, scalable, and modern web applications using React.js and Next.js, collaborating closely with designers and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new user-facing features using React.js and Next.js
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries for scalable applications
• Convert UI/UX designs and wireframes into responsive, high-quality code
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility
• Integrate RESTful APIs and ensure smooth data flow between frontend and backend
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and QA teams
• Participate in code reviews, follow best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a React.js and Next.js Developer
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
• Strong hands-on experience with Next.js for server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG)
• Experience with state management tools like Redux or Context API
• Solid understanding of React Hooks, component lifecycle, and Next.js routing
• Familiarity with build and version control tools — Webpack, Babel, Git, NPM/Yarn
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and frontend integrations
• Good understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
• Basic familiarity with Figma, Postman, and Chrome DevTools
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills
