HR Recruiter

You are invited to join our team as an HR Recruiter with HR and Admin experience. As a dynamic and result-oriented professional, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding and supporting HR administrative functions. If you are passionate about people, process-driven, and eager to make an impact in a fast-paced environment, we would love to have you on board! **Responsibilities:** - Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. - Create and update job descriptions and postings on various platforms. - Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and role requirements. - Maintain HR records and support administrative tasks as needed. - Conduct reference and background checks for shortlisted candidates. - Assist in employee engagement and HR policy implementation. - Ensure a smooth and professional hiring experience for all candidates. **Skills And Qualifications:** - Proven work experience as an HR Executive or HR Recruiter. - Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRMS tools. - Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Good convincing and negotiation abilities. - Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources Management or a related field. - Knowledge of Business Development is an added advantage. - Candidates residing near Malad will be preferred.
