: Meta and Google Ads Expert Experience: 1-2 years We are looking for a skilled Meta and Google Ads Expert to manage, optimize, and scale our digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in creating, monitoring, and optimizing paid campaigns to drive leads, conversions, and brand awareness. Responsibilities Plan, create, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns. Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad placements for optimal performance. Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, etc.), and optimize for better results. A/B test ad creatives, copies, and landing pages to improve conversion rates. Work closely with the design and content teams to develop engaging ad creatives. Generate performance reports and provide insights for continuous improvement. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising. Skills And Qualifications 1-2 years of hands-on experience in managing Meta and Google Ads. Strong understanding of PPC, remarketing, and conversion tracking. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
