Meta and Google Ads Expert

As a skilled Meta and Google Ads Expert with 1-2 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and scaling digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads. Your main objective will be to drive leads, conversions, and brand awareness through hands-on experience in creating, monitoring, and optimizing paid campaigns. Your responsibilities will include planning, creating, and managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns, conducting keyword research, audience targeting, and ad placements for optimal performance, monitoring campaign performance, analyzing metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, etc.), and optimizing for better results. You will also be required to A/B test ad creatives, copies, and landing pages to improve conversion rates, work closely with design and content teams to develop engaging ad creatives, generate performance reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement. Additionally, staying updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising is crucial. To excel in this role, you should possess 1-2 years of hands-on experience in managing Meta and Google Ads, a strong understanding of PPC, remarketing, and conversion tracking, an analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions, basic knowledge of Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel, excellent communication and teamwork skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
