Key Responsibilities

• Strategize, launch, and manage high-performing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms
• Conduct detailed keyword research and audience segmentation
• Create compelling ad creatives and copy (in collaboration with content/design teams)
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI
• Generate weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights
• Stay updated with ad policy changes, trends, and platform best practices
• Manage ad budgets effectively and ensure smooth execution
• Collaborate closely with the strategy and design teams for holistic campaign success

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum

  3 years of hands-on experience

  in managing both Google and Meta Ads
• Proven track record of driving leads/sales and improving campaign ROI
• Strong analytical skills and expertise in tools like Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics
• Understanding of ad policies, funnel strategies, retargeting, and conversion tracking
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
