Job Summary
Skynix Media is hiring a Meta & Google Ads Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale paid ad campaigns for lead generation and sales. This is a full-time, on-site role.
Responsibilities
Run & optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads
Manage lead generation & sales campaigns
Audience research & creative testing
Pixel, Conversion API, GA4 & GTM tracking
Daily monitoring and basic performance reporting
Must-Have Skills (2026 Ready)
Meta Ads Manager (Advantage+, Broad targeting)
Conversion API & Pixel setup
Google Ads (Search & Performance Max)
GA4 & Google Tag Manager
Strong understanding of ROAS & scaling
Requirements
2 years hands-on ad experience
Agency experience preferred
Performance-focused mindset
Comfortable working from office
