Job Description

Key Responsibilities Operational Coordination Track all incoming sales orders from the CRM/online platform and ensure accurate handover to the operations team Monitor and follow up on execution status of spiritual services, rituals, and deliveries Update the order management system and maintain accurate records for performance reviews HR Administration Maintain daily attendance logs across departments Support recruitment coordination—interview scheduling, candidate tracking, and onboarding paperwork Assist in payroll input collation (leaves, work logs, shift data) Logistics & Courier Management Coordinate packaging of physical products, puja kits, or spiritual artifacts Liaise with courier partners to ensure timely dispatch and delivery Maintain packaging inventory and courier reports Skills & Attributes Strong attention to detail and organized mindset Basic HR admin or office assistant experience preferred Comfort with Google Sheets / MS Excel and internal order software Ability to follow up diligently without needing reminders Fluent in English and Tamil preferred
