Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and organized Operations Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing the live webcast of puja and homam events on Vedicfolks.com and templefolks.com. You will ensure that these events are executed flawlessly and exceed the expectations of our devotees. Responsibilities: Plan and schedule live webcast of puja and homam events, ensuring smooth coordination between priests, pandits, webcasting team, and customer service. Secure necessary permissions and approvals for ceremonies. Prepare and manage event logistics, including scheduling, equipment rentals, and booking venues (if applicable for offline pujas). Coordinate with priests, pandits, and webcasting team to ensure they are prepared for the events. Oversee the live webcast of puja and homam events, ensuring technical glitches are minimized and high-quality visuals and audio are delivered. Monitor and address any issues that arise during the events. Manage communication with devotees regarding event details, registration, and participation. Gather feedback from devotees after the events and identify areas for improvement. Maintain detailed records of all events, including planning documents, schedules, and communication logs. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). Minimum 2-3 years of experience in event planning or operations. Experience working in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively. Proficient in using project management tools and communication platforms. Familiarity with Hindu religious practices and rituals (a plus). Understanding of webcasting technology (a plus).
