 Video Editor & Live Streaming SpecialistLocation:Full-time / Long-term Contract Reports to: Digital Marketing Manager & Founder Role SummaryYou will be the visual voice of the Siddha Longevity Institute - transforming philosophy, science, and practice into captivating video experiences. From cinematic storytelling to live streaming our global Amṛta Circles, your work will translate consciousness into light, frame, and sound. You will help create the visual signature of the movement - elegant, meditative, data-smart, and timeless. Key Responsibilities1. Video Production & Editing Edit long-form and short-form videos: documentaries, course modules, social reels, and interviews. Create high-impact teasers for retreats, books, and programs. Integrate graphics, subtitles, motion infographics, and music to maintain brand rhythm. Color-grade footage for a clean, spiritual-scientific aesthetic  Work closely with Founder on voice-overs and narrative scripting. 2. Live Streaming & Technical Direction Set up and manage live broadcast sessions for webinars, conferences, and digital retreats. Operate multi-camera streaming (youtube,wirecast,OBS, vMix, or similar). Ensure seamless sound, transitions, overlays, and backup feeds. Coordinate with moderators and community team for Q&A and interactivity. 3. Asset Management & Brand Consistency Maintain organized video libraries and backups. Ensure all content aligns with Siddha Longevity visual identity. Deliver ready-to-publish assets optimized for YouTube, Instagram, and the app. Requirements4–7 years of professional video editing experience (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut). Proven expertise in live streaming production- OBS, vMix, StreamYard, or similar. Understanding of cinematic storytelling, audio balancing, and motion graphics. Comfortable working in wellness, science, or spirituality sectors. Fast, reliable, detail-oriented; comfortable with remote coordination. A portfolio that demonstrates both technical polish and emotional depth. Preferred (Bonus Skills)Experience in hybrid event setups (camera, lighting, mic rigs). Knowledge of animation or After Effects. Basic color theory and design sense matching our visual brand. Interest or background in yoga, meditation, or Indic art forms. CompensationBest in the industry
