Program Manager (Operations Lead)Location: Chennai, Full-time Reports to: Founder  Role Summary The Program Manager will operationalize the Siddha Longevity Institute’s pilot programs, coordinate research, and ensure smooth delivery of digital and physical experiences. You will serve as the bridge between science, operations, and soul - converting visionary frameworks into structured action. ResponsibilitiesLead and manage Amrita01 and subsequent longevity studies (protocols, participant tracking, reporting). Supervise operational workflow for consultations, retreats, and digital programs. Liaise with research collaborators (universities, labs, medical advisors). Build and manage budgets, SOPs, and compliance documentation. Support development of certification and community programs. Report to Founder; oversee a multidisciplinary team. Requirements7–12 years in wellness, biotech, clinical research, or health-tech operations. Strong organizational and leadership skills; cross-cultural communication. Comfortable with scientific as well as spiritual subject matter. Experience in startup environments preferred. Deep personal interest in yoga, integrative health, or consciousness studies. CompensationUpto INR 30000 to 50000 /month (depending on experience) fixed+Variable
