Recognizing that most mediclaim and traditional insurance policies do not cover dental and dermatological treatments, we bridge this critical gap by offering partial reimbursements on dental and derma procedures. Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist in posting job openings on various platforms and scheduling interviews.
  • Conduct initial screening calls and coordinate with candidates for interviews.
  • Assist in taking interviews alongside the HR team.
  • Support the onboarding and orientation process for new hires.
  • Maintain and update employee and intern records.
  • Make follow-up and coordination calls to candidates, vendors, and internal teams.


Employee Engagement & Relations

  • Help organize and execute employee engagement activities and internal communication initiatives.
  • Assist in resolving employee queries and maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Support performance appraisal and feedback processes.


HR Operations & Administration

  • Oversee day-to-day HR operational activities including attendance, leave management, and documentation.
  • Maintain and regularly update employee data sheets to track attendance, leaves, and other key details.
  • Assist with payroll coordination and benefits administration.
  • Ensure HR records, databases, and internal systems are regularly updated and compliant.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with statutory and organizational requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain HR reports and dashboards for management review.
  • Coordinate with other departments to streamline administrative and operational HR processes.


Qualifications

-Experience in recruiting, training, or organizational development. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

-Expertise in resolving conflicts and fostering healthy workplace relationships. -Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. 

-Thorough knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
