HR Operations

An HR Operations Manager oversees the day-to-day functions of a human resources department, ensuring that HR processes like payroll, benefits, and employee relations are executed efficiently and in compliance with regulations. Key responsibilities include managing HR systems, analyzing data to improve operations, implementing new policies, supporting employee lifecycle activities from onboarding to offboarding, and serving as a point of contact for employee and management inquiries.  Core responsibilities Manage daily operations: Supervise HR staff, assign tasks, and ensure the efficient completion of daily HR activities. Oversee HR systems: Manage and maintain HR information systems (HRIS), including data integrity, security, and the implementation of new HR technology. Administer payroll and benefits: Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll, annual increments, bonuses, and other benefits. Handle employee relations: Act as a consultant to managers and staff on policies, address employee questions, and manage employee relations procedures. Manage the employee lifecycle: Oversee the end-to-end process from recruitment and onboarding to managing employee exits and offboarding paperwork. Ensure compliance and record management: Maintain accurate employee records, ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and manage all documentation related to the employee lifecycle. Analyze and report: Develop reports and dashboards to track key HR metrics, analyze trends, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making. Support strategic initiatives: Implement new company policies, lead HR initiatives, and work to improve the efficiency of HR operations through process optimization
