Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Operations professional to support our human resource functions and ensure smooth office operations. The candidate will assist in recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance management, compliance-related tasks, and employee engagement activities.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment and hiring processes
• Handle onboarding and offboarding documentation
• Maintain attendance and leave records
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and training programs
• Maintain HR records and ensure adherence to policies and procedures
• Address employee queries and provide administrative support

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in MBA, MSc Applied Psychology, MSW, or related field
• Prior experience in HR operations or administrative roles is a plus
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
• Proficiency in MS Excel and HR tools
• Willing to travel
• Languages must to be known English, Tamil and Hindi

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
