Job Description

  • We are looking for an HR Operations to join our team and support day-to-day HR activities
  • The ideal candidate should have a passion for human resources, a keen eye for detail, and excellent organizational skills
  • This role is a stepping stone to a full-time HR position based on performance during the first three months

Responsibilities:

  • - Assist in end-to-end HR operations, including employee onboarding and documentation
  • - Maintain HR records and ensure timely updates of employee information
  • - Support payroll processing and attendance tracking
  • - Assist in recruitment, job postings, and interview coordination
  • - Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
  • - Support HR projects, engagement activities, and performance tracking

Requirements:

  • - MBA in HR or a related field
  • - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • - Basic knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and compliance
  • - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • - Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
  • - Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
