This role is ideal for candidates who have experience or internship exposure in HR operations, onboarding, or employee documentation. ✅ Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end employee onboarding process for new hires Collect, verify, and maintain employee documents (KYC, ID proofs, forms, declarations, etc.) Ensure 100% accuracy and completeness of documentation Coordinate with candidates regarding offer letters, joining formalities, and orientation Maintain and update employee records in HR systems Support background verification activities Assist the HR team with audits and compliance-related documentation Provide smooth and seamless onboarding experience to new employees Handle queries from candidates and internal stakeholders professionally ✅ Required Skills & Qualifications BBA or MBA in HR Domain (mandatory) Good English communication skills Prior experience or internship in HR onboarding / documentation will be an added advantage Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain documentation accuracy Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to multitask and handle confidential data ✅ What We Offer Salary: ₹17,500 per month + Performance-Based Incentives Opportunity to work with Bajaj Finance HR team Growth opportunity in HR operations Professional work environment Send your Cv - 9970607439 Experienced/ Internship in HR is preferred
