Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Executive to manage customer inquiries, prepare quotations, follow up with clients, and support the sales team in closing deals. A key part of this role will be handling and converting leads from IndiaMART and website enquiries along with other customer touchpoints. Key Responsibilities· Manage and respond to daily IndiaMART and website inquiries and convert them into qualified leads. · Prepare and send quotations/proposals to customers. · Follow up with customers on quotations, orders, and payments. · Maintain and update CRM/records of leads and customer interactions. · Coordinate with operations and accounts teams for smooth order execution. · Support field sales team with leads, data, and presentations. · Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Skills & Qualifications· Graduate (Engineering background preferred, but not mandatory). · 4–6 years of proven inside sales or sales support experience (B2B preferred). · Hands-on experience handling online B2B portal inquiries. · Excellent communication (written & verbal) and negotiation skills. · Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools. · Ability to understand technical/industrial products. · Result-oriented, proactive, and well-organized.
Responsibilities: Design brochures, catalogs, social media creatives, and product visuals. Work closely with the marketing and sales team for product branding. Edit product photos and create visual content for online/offline campaigns. Ensure consistent brand identity across all materials. Requirements: Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW. Good understanding of design principles, layout, and typography. Basic video editing skills are an added advantage. Creative thinker with attention to detail.
