Job Description

Key Responsibilities End-to-End Recruitment Manage hiring for Sales, Operations, Accounts, and Engineering roles. Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, and employee referrals. Conduct screening, HR interviews, and coordinate joining formalities. Onboarding & Documentation Prepare offer letters and appointment letters. Support basic HR policies and maintain compliance documentation. Handle attendance, leave records, and employee data management. Compliance & Statutory Coordination Liaise with consultants for PF and ESIC matters. Ensure accurate record-keeping and timely submissions. Additional Requirement MSME experience preferred – familiarity with processes, compliance, and documentation in MSME setups. Desired Candidate Profile Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail with proficiency in HR documentation. Ability to manage multiple recruitment pipelines simultaneously. Prior experience in an MSME environment will be an added advantage.
