Position: HR Intern

Summary:

Motivated HR intern with hands-on knowledge of payroll processes, statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, etc.), and HR operations. Adept at maintaining employee records, assisting in salary processing, and ensuring adherence to labor laws. Strong understanding of HR documentation, onboarding procedures, and data confidentiality standards.

Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing monthly payroll inputs and verifying attendance data.

Support statutory compliance processes, including PF, ESI, PT, and TDS documentation.

Maintain and update employee databases and HR files.

Assist in preparing HR MIS reports and compliance trackers.

Learn and support labor law audits and compliance checks.

Help in drafting HR policies and SOPs.

Coordinate with employees and departments for payroll- and compliance-related queries.

Requirements:

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Commerce, or related field.

Basic understanding of payroll software (e.g., Excel, SAP, GreytHR, Zoho People, etc.).

Familiarity with Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.

Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.

Good communication and MS Excel skills.
