Roles and Responsibilities

Manage employee grievances and exit processes, ensuring timely resolution of issues.

Shift - 24*7 (Including night shift)
Conduct induction programs for new employees, onboarding them effectively into the organization.
Implement business HR strategies to improve employee engagement, retention, and overall performance.
Handle employee relations matters through effective communication and conflict resolution techniques.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to talent management.
