Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to oversee end-to-end HR operations and support the organizational growth of Valuepersqft. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, HR compliance, and building a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition & Manpower Planning

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for sales, operations, and corporate roles.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand workforce requirements.
  • Implement effective sourcing strategies to meet hiring timelines.

2. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Manage onboarding, induction, documentation, and exit processes.
  • Maintain employee records, HRMS data, and ensure compliance with policies.
  • Oversee attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.

3. Employee Engagement & Culture Development

  • Plan and execute engagement activities, recognition programs, and team-building initiatives.
  • Address grievances, support conflict resolution, and ensure a healthy work environment.

4. Performance Management

  • Drive the appraisal process, goal setting, and KPI tracking.
  • Guide team leaders and managers in performance discussions and improvement plans.

5. Policy Implementation & Compliance

  • Draft, revise, and implement HR policies and SOPs.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, internal audits, and statutory requirements.

6. Training & Development

  • Assess skill gaps and coordinate training sessions.
  • Partner with departments to support continuous learning and professional development.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • MBA/PGDM in HR or related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in HR management.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment, HR operations, and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to handle fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in real estate, BFSI, or startups is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
