Key Responsibilities: • Identify and develop new customer leads through marketing, networking, cold calling, and site visits. • Understand client requirements and provide suitable real estate solutions from our property portfolio. • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations with prospective clients. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. • Work closely with the sales and marketing team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market, trends, and competitor activities. • Ensure all client communications and transactions are documented and tracked via CRM. Qualifications & Skills: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). • Experience in real estate sales or related sales roles is an added advantage • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. • Familiarity with Hyderabad’s real estate market is a plus. • Two-wheeler and willingness to travel locally for site visits.
