We’re Hiring: Assistant General Manager (AGM) – Sales

At Valuepersqft Realty Services Pvt. Ltd., we are looking for a high-performance sales leader who can build, guide, and drive multiple sales teams while taking complete ownership of results at the team level.

Location: Bengaluru

Compensation Structure

• Fixed CTC: ₹11,00,000 – ₹15,00,000 per annum
• Performance Variable: Linked directly to team performance, revenue delivery, and execution outcomes

Important:

For consistent top performers, the performance variable can exceed the fixed CTC itself, depending on team performance and overall contribution. There is no upper cap for the right leader.

Working Days

• Saturday & Sunday are working days
• Monday is the weekly off (one day off per week)

• Proven experience managing Team Leaders / Sales Managers
• Strong ownership mindset for people, performance, and processes
• Stability in resume — consistency and long-term intent are critical

Experience

• Real estate experience is NOT mandatory
• Strong sales leadership experience is mandatory
• Experience in handling targets, reviews, coaching, and performance governance is expected
