We’re Hiring: Team Leader – Sales (Bengaluru)

At Valuepersqft Realty Services Pvt. Ltd., we are looking for a hands-on sales leader who can lead from the front, mentor sales associates, and take complete ownership of team performance and outcomes.

Location: Bengaluru

Compensation Structure

• Fixed CTC: ₹7,00,000 – ₹12,00,000 per annum
• Performance Variable: Directly linked to team closures, productivity, and target achievement

Important:

For consistent high performers, the performance variable can significantly enhance total earnings, and during strong performance cycles, overall annual income can exceed the fixed CTC.

Working Days

• Saturday & Sunday are working days
• Monday is the weekly off (one day off per week)

• Strong leadership and mentoring mindset
• Clear accountability for team numbers, discipline, and execution

• Candidates without strong communication and confidence should not apply

Experience

• Real estate experience is NOT mandatory
• Prior experience handling a sales team is preferred
• Strong individual contributors with clear leadership potential are welcome

Growth Path

Team Leader → Assistant General Manager (AGM) → General Manager (GM)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
