About the Company

Peppe Planet is seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to oversee daily operations at our indoor kids’ play area located within a mall environment. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership abilities, prior mall or retail experience, and a commitment to ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

The Team Leader plays a crucial role in managing operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and safety standards within the play area. This position involves supervising staff, coordinating with mall management, monitoring footfall patterns, and ensuring smooth operations during peak and regular hours. The Team Leader must maintain discipline, handle customer escalations, enforce hygiene standards, and act as the primary operational contact for internal teams and mall authorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily operations of the play area.
• Ensure all zones, equipment, and play structures meet safety & hygiene standards.
• Manage customer flow and crowd control, especially during peak mall hours.
• Execute opening and closing procedures efficiently.
• Lead, schedule, train, and mentor team members.
• Conduct training on SOPs, safety protocols, and customer service standards.
• Address and resolve customer queries and on-ground escalations.
• Enforce safety and hygiene guidelines consistently.
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly.
• Prepare operational reports and assist the Center Manager with coordination.
• Maintain professional communication with mall security and facility teams.

Qualifications

• Plus Two / Diploma / Degree.
• Minimum
  2 years of experience in team handling or customer service roles.
• Mall or retail experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication

• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
