1. Team Lead / Manager – IP Litigation

IP Litigation Team Lead

What You’ll Do:

• Lead IP litigation support: prior art searches, invalidation, EoU, infringement analysis, claim charts, SEP Identification/Evaluation.
• Review technical documents and appropriately scope the work.
• Manage, mentor, and upskill a team of analysts.
• Own client communication and project execution.
• Ensure high-quality, accurate, and timely deliverables.

What We’re Looking For:

• B.Tech/M.Tech in ECE, EEE, CS, or related fields.

• 5+ years

  in IP litigation support or IP research.
• Strong understanding of patents, claim construction, SEP, and invalidation.
• Leadership experience preferred, with a track record of work ownership, quality-focused mindset, and result-driven outcomes.
• Familiarity with IP tools (Derwent, PatSnap, Orbit, PatSeer, etc.).

What You’ll Do

• Perform

  prior art searches

• Support

  litigation and licensing

  teams with high-quality technical analysis.
• Interpret technical disclosures, patents, and research papers.
• Prepare detailed

  reports, claim charts, and technical summaries

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, accurate project delivery.
• Stay updated on

  emerging technologies

  and global IP trends.

What We’re Looking For

• Technical degree

  (B.Tech/M.Tech) — Electronics, CS, Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Biotech, etc.

• Tier 1 / Tier 2 college

  background preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in

  patent analysis / IP research/technology consulting

  .
• Strong analytical mindset and a genuine curiosity for technology.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work with ownership, accuracy, and attention to detail.
