We’re Hiring: Sales Manager (Hyderabad)

At Valuepersqft Realty Services Pvt. Ltd., we are looking for a performance-driven Sales Manager who can own team results, coach sales associates, and drive consistent revenue outcomes with clarity and confidence.

Location: Hyderabad

Compensation Structure

• Fixed CTC: ₹6,00,000 – ₹8,00,000 per annum
• Performance Variable: Linked directly to team performance, closures, and execution outcomes

Important:

For consistent top performers, the performance variable can significantly enhance overall earnings, and in strong performance cycles, total annual earnings can go beyond the fixed CTC.

Working Days

• Saturday & Sunday are working days
• Monday is the weekly off (one day off per week)

NON-NEGOTIABLE CRITERIA

• Strong communication skills (spoken & interpersonal)
• High confidence in customer handling and team coordination
• Ability to manage and coach a sales team
• Ownership mindset towards targets and performance
• Stability in resume — consistency matters
• Candidates without strong communication and confidence should not apply

Experience

• Real estate experience is NOT mandatory
• Sales / Business Development / Client-facing experience preferred
• Freshers may apply only if communication and confidence are exceptional
