Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Drive initiatives that promote employee engagement, performance, and retention.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and selection.
  • Manage onboarding and orientation processes to ensure new hires are integrated effectively.
  • Employee Relations
  • Serve as the point of contact for employee concerns and conflict resolution.
  • Foster a positive work environment and maintain strong employee relations.
  • Performance Management
  • Develop and manage performance appraisal systems.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers and staff to improve performance.
  • Training & Development
  • Identify training needs and organize learning and development programs.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of training initiatives.
  • HR Compliance & Policy Management
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Maintain and update HR policies and the employee handbook.
  • Compensation & Benefits
  • Administer compensation programs and benefits packages.
  • Participate in salary benchmarking and job grading exercises.
  • HR Metrics & Reporting
  • Track key HR metrics and generate reports for leadership.
  • Use data to support decision-making and HR strategy development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Proven experience (5+ years) as an HR Manager or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Professional certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.

  • Strategic thinking and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with change management and organizational development

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
