Job Description

HR Manager Responsibilities (English)

  • Recruitment & Selection – Managing hiring processes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
  • Payroll & Compensation – Handling salary, benefits, tax deductions, and incentive structures.
  • Employee Relations – Resolving employee grievances and maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Performance Management – Implementing appraisal systems and monitoring employee performance.
  • Training & Development – Organizing training sessions and skill enhancement programs.
  • Policy Implementation – Creating and enforcing company HR policies and code of conduct.
  • Legal Compliance – Ensuring adherence to labor laws, PF, ESI, and statutory regulations.
  • HRMS Management – Maintaining digital employee records using HR software.
  • Exit Formalities – Handling resignations, full & final settlements, and exit interviews.
  • Employee Engagement – Promoting workplace culture through events, rewards, and motivation programs

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
