Job Description:

1. A HR Professional who has experience in Recruitment, Resourcing & Development, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits Employee Welfare and Administration.

2. Can get ISO 9001:2015 audits done. Also able to conduct and close social audits such as SMETA SEDEX or similar. Moreover, maintaining factory/plant as per the compliance.

3. Holds the distinction of planning, supervision and participation in various seminars, conference etc.

4. Proficiency in Manpower management & recruitment process entailing resume generation, screening and short listing with appropriate compensation.

5. Merit of providing prompt resolution of employee grievances to maintain cordial management employee relations.

6. Experience in implementing HR System and Policies, conducting training programs towards employee productivity and building committed teams.

7. Developing the induction programmes for the new recruits.

8. Co-ordinating with finance department for processing of payments to employees.

9. Identifying the training needs, developing training programs to ensure constant learning and development of employees.

10. Establishing a proper organizational structure and maintaining good internal communication within the company.

Job Responsibilities:

Manpower Planning:

1. Design Job Description & Job Requirements in Consultation with HODs.

2. Finding adequate sources of Recruitments.

3. Properly Preparation & timely updation of Organization Structure.

Recruitment:

1. Recruitment of candidate as per the requirement given by the department head.

2. Arrange and coordinate campus/Walk-in- interview by concerned department and forward same to Department Head.

3. Arrange and coordinate personal/telephonic interviews, and get approval by the HOD.

4. Prepare and Issuance the LOI to the Selected Candidates.

5. Complete the joining formalities i.e. collect the required documents.

6. Plan, Organize and conduct induction program, devise the orientation plan for the new joinees.

7. Maintain & Update the Employees information in various reports like employees database and maintain the Proper Records of all the employees.

8. Maintenance of Application Data Bank Position wise.

9. Prepared Job Responsibility of all employees as per SOP’s.

10. SOP review and Update.

Training and Development:

1. Identifying training needs and development action plans for imparting training including measurement of effectiveness.

2. Conducting managerial and technical training to enhance the managerial and soft skills of the employees.

3. Organizing customized training programs based on the training need analysis to enhance the manpower skills and efficiency.

Attendance, Payroll & Salary Administration (ERP SOFTWARE):

1. Maintain the employee attendance in time management system and generate the attendance report for the salary process.

2. To coordinate with the finance for monthly payroll system, make necessary entries for new joinees, unpaid leaved etc.

HR-Administration

1. Offer Release, bank account opening, ID card coordination, sending details to the support staff.

2. Verification of documents and employment screening/background verification of new joined employees.

3. Dues with the company, Reasons for leaving, eligible for rehire, attendance, overall satisfaction of the employment, behaviour with colleagues. etc.

4. Clarify the employee grievance and various issues, quires on leave policy, salary payment etc.

5. Maintain the notice board with the information about employee of the month announcement, articles on weekly and fortnightly basis.

6. Analyse the issue by giving warning through verbally or written by issuing warning letter to the employees due to continuous absenteeism, no prior information before taking leaves.

Full and Final Settlement and Exit Process:

1. Conducting exit interview process for resigned, quit/terminated employees.

2. Coordinate & manage the full and final settlement with the help of finance division and sending circular to other departments at the time of relieving of and employee.
