We are hiring a female candidate with a CBSE schooling background for the CRM department, responsible for handling both New Business Development (NBD) and Exports. The role involves direct communication with clients through professional calling, email, and video calls , especially with international clients , maintaining updated customer records, coordinating with sales and production teams, managing sample follow-ups, and supporting export documentation and order tracking. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in client interaction, strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to use LinkedIn for lead generation and customer engagement. Proficiency in MS Office and a well-organized, confident, and professional approach are essential for this position.
