Job Description

RG Foods, a Leading food processing company in Calicut, Kerala hiring HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding).
Maintain employee records, attendance, and daily expense updates.
Develop and implement HR policies, systems, and procedures in line with company goals.
Manage payroll, leave records, and employee benefits.
Conduct performance appraisals and support career development programs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Coordinate training, orientation, and staff engagement activities.
Prepare HR-related reports for management review.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or Master’s in Human Resource Management or related field.
Proven experience as HR Manager in FMCG or related industry preferred.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹15,747.44 - ₹48,960.60 per month
