Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and day-to- day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:
 Manage end-to-end recruitment process – sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave data Support in payroll processing and monthly salary inputs Coordinate training & development sessions and maintain training records Assist in drafting HR policies, letters, and documentation Handle employee queries and support grievance resolution Plan employee engagement activities and celebrations Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws Generate HR reports and maintain HR dashboards

Requirements:

 Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
 1–3 years of relevant experience in HR operations or generalist roles Knowledge of HR functions and labor laws Proficient in MS Office and HR software/tools Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good organizational and time-management abilities Problem-solving attitude and ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications:
 MBA or PG Diploma in HR Experience in IT/Marketing/Real Estate industry (optional) Familiarity with HRMS or payroll software

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
