Job Description

Key Responsibilities Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to onboarding. Source potential candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and other recruitment tools. Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future openings. Coordinate and manage pre-employment checks including background verification. Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management. Provide timely feedback to candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience. Collaborate with department managers to forecast hiring needs and workforce planning. Maintain recruitment reports and dashboards. Requirements 2 to 5 years of proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role. Bachelor's degree is mandatory; Master’s degree in HR or relevant field is preferred. Strong understanding of recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously and meet deadlines. Strong decision-making and negotiation skills. Knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws is a plus.
