Job Title: HR Manager (with HR Operations Focus) Location: Sitapura, Jaipur Experience – 2-7 years Salary – 25k – 40k Employment Type: Full-time Laptop required Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager who will oversee and manage both strategic human resource functions and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving HR initiatives, managing HR policies, and ensuring smooth operations across employee lifecycle processes including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compliance, and employee engagement. Key Responsibilities: HR Strategy & Leadership Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives. Partner with senior leadership to support organizational goals and culture. Lead workforce planning and talent management initiatives. Advise managers on HR policies, procedures, and employment laws. HR Operations Manage the entire employee lifecycle – from onboarding to offboarding. Maintain accurate HR records, databases, and HRIS systems. Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and internal policies. Handle payroll coordination, employee benefits. Track and report on HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, employee satisfaction). Recruitment & Onboarding Oversee full-cycle recruitment including job postings, screening, interviews, and selection. Manage offer letters, background checks, and onboarding programs. Liaise with recruitment agencies and external vendors as needed. Performance Management & Employee Relations Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems. Address employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. Drive employee engagement, recognition, and retention programs. Support training and development initiatives across teams. Compliance & Documentation Maintain up-to-date employee files and HR documentation. Ensure timely submission of statutory filings (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.). Stay informed of changes in labor laws and industry HR practices. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2–7 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial or operations role. Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and MS Office Suite. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
