HR professional

This role requires a hands-on HR candidate who can balance recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for accounting, operations, and support roles
  • Coordinate onboarding, documentation, and induction for new hires
  • Track attendance, leave, and HR records
  • Support performance management, appraisals, and feedback cycles
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns
  • Support team leads and management on people-related matters
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and basic labor regulations
  • Assist in building and improving HR policies, SOPs, and culture initiatives
  • Support employee engagement and retention initiatives

Preferred Experience

  • Familiarity with payroll coordination and statutory compliances
  • Experience handling teams of 1050+ employees
