Role Description

We are seeking an HR Manager for a full-time on-site role at our Indore location. The HR Manager will oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, while formulating strategies to support workforce engagement. Responsibilities include managing performance reviews, implementing company policies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in fostering a motivating workplace culture and supporting the professional growth of employees. Additionally, the HR Manager will collaborate with leadership to develop and execute organizational development initiatives.

Qualifications

Experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Onboarding processes
Strong knowledge of Human Resource Management, Employee Relations, and Compliance
Proficiency in Performance Management, Employee Engagement, and Policy Implementation
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
Familiarity with HR software and tools, with a capability to analyze and interpret HR data
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus
Proven ability to work collaboratively and foster a positive workplace culture
Background in cybersecurity or technology industries is a strong advantage
