Key Responsibilities

Lead Nurturing & Follow-up

• Contact, engage, and build relationships with leads from multiple sources (events, referrals, LinkedIn, distributors).
• Maintain structured follow-ups and document everything in CRM (Dynamics 365).

Consultative Selling

• Understand customer pain points in 

  cybersecurity, compliance, brand protection

• Position C9Lab products as 

  business value & trust enhancers

Distributor Support & Coordination

• Act as a bridge between distributors and internal teams.
• Ensure pricing, proposals, and demos are aligned and delivered on time.

Revenue Closure

• Drive deals to closure before month-end, ensuring predictable revenue.
• Negotiate and prepare proposals, assist in PoCs where required.

Market Intelligence

• Gather insights from customers, distributors, and competitors.
• Share feedback with marketing and product teams to improve GTM.
