Job Description

Job Title: HR Recruiter/ Generalist Location: Sitapura, Jaipur Job Type: Full time Experience Required: 2- 5 years Salary Budget - 25k to 30k Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates. The ideal candidate will help us build a strong employer brand and ensure we attract, hire, and retain the best employees. Key Responsibilities: Source and screen resumes using various job portals, social media, and employee referrals Conduct telephonic and initial interviews to assess candidate fit Coordinate interviews with hiring managers Maintain candidate database and provide timely updates Prepare job descriptions and post openings on various platforms Follow up with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience Assist in onboarding and joining formalities Support other HR functions as needed Payroll, Administration work Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc. Basic understanding of labor laws and HR best practices (preferred) Key Skills: Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Communication, Interviewing, Coordination, ATS knowledge (optional) Regards Mahima Jain hrd@standyou.com, 7878243042 Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Work Location: In person
