HR Manager

As an experienced and dynamic HR Manager in the fast-paced FMCG industry, your role will involve leading various human resource functions. Your strategic mindset and strong leadership skills will be put to the test in managing HR operations, talent acquisition, compliance, and employee engagement. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the overall business goals - Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes - Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture - Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies - Handle grievance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution - Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports for management review - Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and skill gaps - Lead performance appraisal cycles and career development planning Qualifications and Experience: - MBA in Human Resource Management (mandatory) - Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in the FMCG sector - Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and HR software - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills - Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment Preferred Skills: - Experience with HR analytics and HRMS platforms - Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - Bilingual capabilities (English + local language) In this role, you will enjoy benefits such as a competitive salary based on experience, health insurance, statutory benefits, opportunities for career advancement, and a dynamic, inclusive work environment.
