HR Manager

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our organisational culture and ensuring effective HR practices. This position requires a strong understanding of human resources principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage various HR systems and processes. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives.
• Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees using ATS systems such as Taleo and Workday.
• Manage employee relations by addressing grievances, conducting investigations, and facilitating conflict resolution.
• Supervise HR staff and provide guidance on best practices in human resources management.
• Maintain and optimise the HRIS to ensure accurate employee data management and reporting.
• Conduct data analysis to inform decision-making and improve HR processes.
• Present HR metrics and reports to senior management to support strategic planning.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
• Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a human resources management role.
• Strong knowledge of ATS systems (Taleo preferred) and HRIS platforms (Workday experience is advantageous).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and effectively.
• Demonstrated supervisory skills with experience managing a team.
• Proficient in data analysis skills to drive insights for HR initiatives.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of employment law and best practices in human resources.
