Job Description

HR Manager – Manufacturing | 7–12 Years Exp

Location: Mysore, Karnataka ( onsite)
Industry: Manufacturing

We are hiring an experienced HR professional to manage plant HR operations, employee relations & statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end recruitment & workforce planning for staff, operators & contract labour
  • Statutory compliance with Factories Act, PF/ESI, Minimum Wages, audits & labour inspections
  • Attendance, payroll coordination, HRMS & MIS reporting
  • Industrial Relations: handling grievances, discipline, union interactions & shop-floor relations
  • Drive onboarding, training, safety & employee engagement initiatives
  • Implement performance management, KRAs/KPIs & retention programs
  • Oversee contractor compliance, welfare measures & EHS support

Requirements:

  • MBA/PGDM HR or MSW
  • 7–12 years HR experience (min 3–4 years in manufacturing setup preferred)
  • Solid knowledge of Indian labour laws & plant HR operations
  • Strong communication, leadership & problem-solving skills
