Job Description

Sila Heritage Properties is looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager from the hotel industry to oversee all HR operations and ensure smooth employee management across the property.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations within the hotel environment
• Recruitment & onboarding of staff across departments
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and performance management
• Ensure statutory compliances (PF, ESI, labour laws, etc.)
• Coordinate training & development programs for hotel staff
• Maintain HR records, payroll coordination, and attendance systems
• Support management with HR policy implementation and organizational development
• Foster a positive and professional work culture across the property

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate or MBA in HR or related field
• 6–7 years of proven HR experience in the hotel industry
• Strong understanding of hotel operations & HR best practices
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
