HR Manager

Role Overview: As an HR Business Partner in our company located in Pune, your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with various business units to implement Corporate and Divisional HR policies and programs effectively. Your role will involve understanding both business and people imperatives and translating them into HR value through appropriate interventions and initiatives. You will be expected to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to defined policies and procedures. Your expertise in the HR domain will be crucial for the successful execution of your duties, which will be diverse and challenging, requiring independent judgment. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with business units/divisions to deliver Corporate and Divisional HR policies and programs - Manage employee development initiatives, policies, practices, procedures, and employee relations issues - Conduct investigations in support of corporate ethics and values - Participate in company-wide programs - Utilize critical thinking, coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, communication, process development, analysis, problem solving, and Senior Stakeholder Management - Handle areas such as Induction, Performance Management, Talent Management & Employee engagement, ER issues, HR Policy Administration, Change Management, Compensation, Training delivery, OD initiatives, Consultative & Advisory skills Qualifications Required: - Full-time MBA/MHRM from reputed Tier 1/2 Institutes - 6-8 years of experience with a minimum of 3-4 years in an HR BP role - Experience in a Reputed & Mature/Professional Medium to Large Scale IT Organization - Working knowledge of tools such as Powerpoint, MS Excel, and HR modules of an ERP (Note: No additional details about the company were mentioned in the job description.),
